Alero Fan Speed 1 & 2 broke

I finally found how to fix the first two speeds of our Alero's fan (blower):
Fix Blower Motor Resistor

Just have to replace the blower motor resistor according to the posts I have read. This post describes how to do it. If it works I will post it again.
